Frequently asked questions about using Jaotin. Every answer describes how the system actually works today.
Does posting a listing cost anything
During the launch period every listing is free — no credits are deducted. A published listing runs for 30 days. Once billing opens, submitting will cost 50 credits, and new members receive 100 welcome credits.
I submitted a listing · why is it not on the site yet
Every submitted listing enters a review queue before it is published. If the team sends it back for fixes, you can edit and resubmit without paying again: the posting fee was charged on the first submission.
How do I sign in · is there a password
There is no password. Enter your phone number and a 6-digit OTP code is sent to it; type the code to verify and sign in. Code requests are rate-limited to protect your account.
How do I top up credits
Open the top-up page and pick a package (from 300 credits for 300 baht). Pay automatically by PromptPay and the credits arrive as soon as the payment completes, or transfer manually by PromptPay or bank account and attach the transfer slip.
Go to the top-up pageI attached a slip but the credits have not arrived
A slip-based top-up request is reviewed by the team before the credits are granted. You can follow the status of your request on the top-up page. The automatic PromptPay path needs no review.
How do I edit or close a listing
Manage everything from My Listings. Editing is free and the listing keeps its status, reference code and expiry clock. Close the listing once the property is sold or rented. Reopening a closed listing costs 50 credits, renewing an expired one costs 50 credits, and bumping a listing to the top of results costs 10 credits.
Can I save favourites and set alerts for new listings
Tap the heart on a listing card to save it · this needs a signed-in account. Set alerts on the favourites page: choose buy or rent, a property type, and optionally a neighbourhood and a budget ceiling. When a new listing matches, you are notified on the site, and through LINE if you have connected your account.
Go to favouritesWhat should I do about a suspicious listing
Contacting a publisher is free, and you should always view the property in person before transferring any money. If a listing looks fraudulent, use the report control on the listing page · pick a reason and submit, no sign-in needed. The team reviews every report, and listings that break the terms of use are suspended.
Go to the contact pageWhat are my personal-data (PDPA) rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself from the profile page: personal data is removed and only the transaction records the law requires are kept. The full details are in the privacy policy.
