Deleting your account and data
You can delete your Jaotin account and your personal data yourself, without asking anyone and without waiting for support. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what the law requires us to keep.
Deleting it yourself
Sign in, open your own profile, scroll to the “Permanently delete account” section and press “Delete account”. You will be asked to type the account's phone number or email address to confirm it is you, then press “Confirm permanent deletion”. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

The steps are identical. Deleting your Jaotin account disconnects Facebook and removes the data we received from it (your name and email address) from our systems. You can additionally revoke access on Facebook's side under Settings > Apps and Websites on your Facebook account.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in records, name, email, phone number, LINE ID, listings, chat messages, favourites, saved searches and feedback submitted while signed in are deleted. Uploaded images and identity (KYC) documents enter a storage-deletion queue, which retries failures. An identical image still used by another account or other content is retained. Removing the original does not immediately remove cached copies or copies downloaded by others.
What we keep, and why
Credit history and the tax profile in your Jaotin account are deleted. Payment records, customer details and invoices already created with the payment provider may remain, including names, addresses or tax information. Deleting Jaotin does not automatically erase those records. Contact us through the contact page for questions or further deletion requests.
If you own a company on Jaotin
Deletion is refused while you do, because removing the owner would leave the company's members with nobody administering them. Transfer ownership to another member, or dissolve the company, and deletion then works normally.
If you cannot delete it yourself
Tell us through the contact page, naming the phone number or email address of the account to delete. We act within 30 days, as stated in the privacy policy.

When you delete your Jaotin account, we attempt to revoke Apple access automatically. If deletion brought you to this section, your Jaotin account has been deleted but Apple access still needs to be removed. Open your Apple Account settings > Sign in with Apple > Jaotin and stop using Sign in with Apple. This removes Jaotin's authorization; it does not delete your Apple Account.
